- Hot mocha float:
1.Ingredients:
1/2 cup cocoa
1/2 cup sugar
2 cups milk
2 cups strong coffee, hot
1 cup chocolate ice cream
2.Method:
Whisk together cocoa and sugar in a large saucepan.
Add milk and place on stove over medium heat, continuing to whisk until blended.
Remove from the heat and stir in the hot coffee.
Pour into mugs.
